Is Bush criticizing Trump in Spanish to gin up the illegal alien vote?

Tone-deaf candidate Jeb Bush again criticized Donald Trump in Spanish, calling him a "poor man".

Bush is using the Spanish language to attack Trump yet again, with the latest being Bush calling Trump a “pobrecito” — which roughly translates to “poor man” — in Miami this weekend, all while Bush dives further in polling dropping into low single digits in early primary state polling.

“El hombre no es conservador,” Bush said in Spanish of Trump while speaking to press at the La Progresiva school in Miami, which teaches kids both English and Spanish. Bush’s comments translate to: “The man is not conservative.”

The 64,000 peso question is, why is Jeb speaking in Spanish?

Technically, U.S. immigration law requires immigrants who are naturalized as U.S. citizens to prove proficiency in English before getting citizenship. Since illegal aliens aren’t permitted to vote, that means there is but a minuscule percentage of the voting population in America that can’t, under U.S. law, speak English. The only people who that situation — being able to speak Spanish but not English, while also being a U.S. citizen — would apply to would be people born in America with U.S. citizenship who never learned English. Even most anchor babies, people born here with U.S. citizenship to mothers who came to the U.S. illegally to give birth to their children here, do learn English, so the amount of people who can vote for Bush and speaks Spanish but not English is almost nobody.

As such, Bush’s team continues claiming he is speaking to people who are bilingual, or speak both English and Spanish, but won’t answer why he doesn’t just talk to them in English, a language that all of them speak rather than dividing Americans by speaking to some in English and others in a foreign tongue.

To me the answer seems obvious: Bush is speaking in Spanish because he is among people who don't understand English. Since all citizens have to pass an English test, I think it very likely that Bush is campaigning among illegal aliens.

Why would he do that, you may wonder? The answer is, because illegal aliens vote.

Our data comes from the Cooperative Congressional Election Study (CCES). Its large number of observations (32,800 in 2008 and 55,400 in 2010) provide sufficient samples of the non-immigrant sub-population, with 339 non-citizen respondents in 2008 and 489 in 2010. For the 2008 CCES, we also attempted to match respondents to voter files so that we could verify whether they actually voted. How many non-citizens participate in U.S. elections? More than 14 percent of non-citizens in both the 2008 and 2010 samples indicated that they were registered to vote. Furthermore, some of these non-citizens voted. Our best guess, based upon extrapolations from the portion of the sample with a verified vote, is that 6.4 percent of non-citizens voted in 2008 and 2.2 percent of non-citizens voted in 2010.

If there are 11 million illegal aliens, it is estimated that 700,000 of them vote illegally. If the real number of illegals is double that number, then the estimated number becomes 1,400,000. To me it looks like Bush is pushing illegal aliens to vote for him.
But even if he's not, he's setting a terrible example for Americans. Americans speak many languages other than English in their homes, which is fine. But English should be our unifying language. Jeb denigrates that. We have an enormous problem with large pockets of major cities were English is not spoken, and kindergardens around the country where Spanish, not English is the primary language.

By speaking in Spanish, Jeb isn't being "bilingual", he is showing he full-heartedly supports the cultural invasion of America... at best. At worst, he is encouraging illegals to commit another illegal act, by voting for him.

What is the "do or die" date for Jeb, Ted, Donald, John, Scott, and Ben?

Previously we speculated about the next politician to join Rick Perry in the political afterlife (what you and I call the private sector). Today we have a different question: by what date must the major candidates actually win a primary or caucus to prove they are viable, to avoid the political scrambling of their brains in their campaign wombs? (Note to Paul, Jindal, Huckabee, Rubio, Fiorina, Christie, Santorum, Gilmore, Pataki, and Graham supporters: this article won't interest you, it's only about candidates who have at least a slight possibility of becoming president, a greater than asteroid-crashing-into-Bruce Willis's-home possibility of success.)

For many conservatives, there is starting to be a common view that Donald Trump and Ted Cruz are the top choices. Jeb Bush is too salsa, Scott Walker is too Elmer Fudd, and Ben Carson's amnesty loving ways are too anathema for many conservatives. What does that leave us with?

NYT sounds cautionary note on self-decapitation, freezing of brain

Have you ever considered having your head cut off, your brain pumped with antifreeze, and then cryogenically frozen? If you have, you should first read this very important article the New York Times thought it important enough to write more than 7,000 words about and feature prominently on its front page. The story was about a young woman named Kim Suozzi, who, dying of brain cancer, decided that when she was near death that her head should be chopped off from her body and then frozen until science found a cure for her cancer. And, also, a cure for her lack of a body. And, also, a cure for the freezing damage too.

Donald Trump was asked how long it will take to get rid of our illegal aliens. He was asked if it could be done in five to ten years. CA Legislature passes bill permitting California to commit suicide

California passed a bill yesterday permitting the state of California to commit legislator-assisted suicide. That means if the State of California feels that its "quality of life" is diminished, or if it has a short time to live, or it is merely unhappy or has a mild stomach upset, then it can act to end its existence. There are several ways the state can do this:
