Sharron Angle considering run against RINO Republican for Harry Reid's seat

Sharron Angle, who was vilified for running against Harry Reid in 2010 as a tea party conservative, is considering a comeback now that Harry Reid, having suffered a political black eye by losing the Senate, is retiring in 2016. The only problem is that she would have to run against the establishment backed GOP candidate, Joe Heck.

Joe Heck gets an "F" from Conservativereview.com... just like Harry Reid! He voted to fully fund Planned Parenthood's baby chop shops, voted to give Obama fast track trade authority, voted against killing Obama's illegal amnesty for aliens, and voted to support keeping John Boehner as speaker, and those are just some of his bad votes from this year alone. If elected to the senate he would be like Harry Reid with less creepy glasses.

Sharron Angle is a more committed conservative. We are supposed to think she is inept because she could not defeat Harry Reid last time, when establishment Republicans deserted her, but she is excellent on many issues.

Angle believes that the U.S. Department of Education should be eliminated and that the local approach yields the best academic results.... Angle believes that the U.S. should withdraw from the United Nations, saying it is a bastion of liberal ideology and "the umpire on fraudulent science such as global warming."[74]... Angle supports the Federal Marriage Amendment to define marriage as between one man and one woman.... Angle favors the privatization of Medicare.... Angle has said that the Social Security system should be "transitioned out".... Angle favors a comprehensive audit of the Federal Reserve, eliminating the complete Internal Revenue Service code and abolishing Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.[91].... Angle does not believe in man-made global warming

But Republicans simultaneously think she would lose in the general election but could be trouble for Heck in the primray.

[Establishment] Republicans do not believe that Angle can beat Heck, who is a major recruiting coup for Republicans in one of the only competitive open-seat elections in 2016. But there are two worries: That she could drag Heck to the right and leave Cortez Masto running room in purple Nevada, and that she could drain Heck's resources before an expensive general election.

Wouldn't that be awful, if Angle dragged a RINO Republican "to the right"? He might be forced to at least rhetorically take conservative positions (which, of course, would be forgotten the minute he was elected). But the establishment sees it as a liability to even run as a conservative. This is the kind of twisted thinking that is opposed to Sharron Angle and other conservative candidates.

Watching Chris Christie in the last debate reminded me a lot of the gorilla exhibit at the Bronx Zoo. I would typically see many apes strutting around, but the biggest ape would stand up before us and thump his chest, as if saying, "Me big! Me great!" That was the image in my mind when Christie, at the last debate, kept rumbling, "I was governor! Governor leads! Governor fights! Ug, ug!"

Ted Cruz's very nuanced view on deportations of illegal aliens

Ted Cruz has called for building a border fence and increasing the border security force, but has very conspicuously failed to talk about deporting illegal aliens. Greta Van Susteren spent 20 minutes trying to pin him down on the subject, repeatedly asking Cruz whether he would deport illegal aliens if elected president.

For my male readers, can I ask you a question? Have you ever, purely by accident, fallen inside of a woman? I ask this question because this is what seemed to have happened to Saudi millionaire Ehsan Abdulaziz who was accused of raping a woman. He was cleared of all charges, however, when he made it clear that while his semen was found inside of her, it was because he accidently fell inside of her.

Chris Christie could be single handedly responsible for the political downfall of Marco Rubio. The Times revealed that he basically has no staff outside of Iowa and New Hampshire. He is banking on big poll numbers in New Hampshire to jumpstart his campaign. But while a candidate can expect a boost from a good showing in New Hampshire, they still need a state by state organization in place in order to take advantage of it. If Chris Christie expects to do well in New Hampshire and then suddenly build up in other states, it simply isn't going to happen. There's no historical precedent for it.
