Mark Levin claims he works "20 hours a day"

I was listening to Mark Levin and he said that with his new TV show and his radio show that he works 20 hours a day!

Poor Mark!

I listen to Mark every day and agree with many of the things he says. But why does he feel that he has to engage in outrageous lies to gain sympathy.

Let's face it, no one works 20 hours a day.

No one.

Not even Mark Levin.

I am sure he works long hours. But if he worked 20 hours a day, he'd have only 4 hours for sleeping and zero hours for eating or relaxing. No one exists like this.

Why can't he be honest and say he works 14 or 15 hours a day? That might be believable. It is sad that he lies in order to gain sympathy.

Mark says a lot of things that are right. But he does a lot of stupid things too. He endorsed Orrin Hatch for reelection. We know how that turned out. He endorsed Marco Rubio for Senate. We know what Marco did when he got elected.

And he gave a lot of free air time and exposure to Donald Trump. We know how that's turning out. Mark never pressed Trump closely on his positions. He never pressed him on the issue of "letting the good ones" back in (also called touchback immigration).

While Mark is smart, he also has lapses in judgement. And engaging in simple lies as Donald Trump does is one of them.

By the way, I was thinking of subscribing to his Levin TV. I thought it would be interesting if he did substantive interviews like C-SPAN, only with conservative figures. He doesn't. It's just him, alone, doing rehashes of his radio show. And because he charges money for it, he reaches only a small fraction of the audience size of his radio show. If he really wanted to reach more people (instead of simply making money), he'd do a show on a major network or do an ad supported program.

Alaska spends like drunken sailors, then whines when times get tough

Alaska has no income tax (yet). It gets most of its money from oil revenue. So when the price of oil is high, Alaska can spend like there's no tomorrow. But when the price of oil and gas is low, like it is now, it becomes time for politicians to complain they don't have enough money to spend!
The University of Alaska has said it will reorganize its campuses and may have to cut more than 8 percent of the staff, but professors are already heading for the exits

Liberals promoting abortion shocked by infanticide

When liberals are absolutists on abortion, as they often are, they are basically promoting the "right" to abortion until the moment of birth, for whatever reason. In light of that culture they promote, they shouldn't be shocked when the logical next step after that is infanticide. After all, if a mother kills her child immediately upon birth, for liberals it's simply an abortion that's a little later than usual, right?
