Rand Paul on Ferguson: Releasing criminals from jail part of answer

This was the real headline from Politico/Pravda: "Rand Paul on Ferguson: Criminal justice reforms part of answer." Hold on while I engage my universal translator for lib-speak.

Beep. Beep. Beep.

Wait, it's translating now.

Ok, it's done! My translation of this lib-talk is that "criminal justice reforms" means to let drug addicts and drug dealers out of jail.

But the Kentucky Republican did say the situation reflects an “undercurrent of unease out there related to poverty, related to drugs.” He added, “I think part of the answer is trying to reform our criminal justice system.”

You see? If the drug dealers were free to roam the streets, mobs wouldn't have burned down Ferguson Missouri! In Rand's world, 4 + 4 = 42.

"He noted, for example, that Ferguson had issued about $2 million in petty fines last year — a reference to recent reports that the city’s second-biggest source of income came from court fines and fees levied even on low-level traffic violations. Paul said that “may seem petty” until “you’re a poor person who has to come up with hundreds of dollars in fines.”"

Yes. Traffic tickets cause urban rage.
So Rand Paul has come up with every explanation possible for the mob violence in Ferguson except the real one--the stoking of racial hatred by leftists. Rand's answer is to try to pander to leftists by letting criminals out of jail, to make us safer.
There's a word for Rand's peculiar kind of libertarianism, that also begins with the letter "l". Can you guess what it is? (Politico)

Since the grand jury didn't indict the policeman who defended himself when he was brutally attacked by Michael Brown, there is naturally rioting in Ferguson as angry people seek justice for yet another of the 7% of black murder victims who aren't murdered by other blacks. The following areas are being especially hard hit:
